Tasha Kelley is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Kingdom Investment Partners, a real estate investment firm specializing in Multifamily Real Estate Acquisitions.
Tasha Kelley holds a Master’s Degree in Education, along with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Elementary Education from Towson University. Before transitioning into multifamily real estate, she spent over a decade in sales, where she cultivated strong client relationships and developed a deep passion for understanding and meeting client needs.
Tasha is actively growing her portfolio, pursuing new opportunities for expansion and strategic collaboration. She aims to leave a lasting mark on the multifamily real estate sector by developing properties that are sustainable, financially sound, and rooted in community-focused values.
Leon Smith | Co- Founder and Managing Partner
Leon is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Kingdom Investment Partners, a real estate investment firm specializing in Multifamily Real Estate Acquisitions.
With a strong background in residential construction and site management, Leon brings hands-on expertise and a practical approach to multifamily real estate investing. His experience includes supervising new development home projects, managing job sites, and performing detailed cost estimations. Leon also operated construction equipment, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the building process from the ground up. This foundation equips him to manage assets efficiently, identify value-add opportunities, and build strong relationships with contractors, investors, and stakeholders. Leon's goal is to create sustainable, profitable communities through strategic investment and operational excellence.
Azalea Johnson-Fox |MBA and Managing Partner
With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Realtor and Project Manager in the real estate industry, Azalea specializes in investment strategy, residential and commercial sales, and full-service property management. As an MBA-trained professional, Co-Owner of Fox & Fox Property Management Co. LLC, and Owner of L.E.A.R Home Group LLC, she brings a powerful blend of analytical insight, market expertise, and a passion for transforming communities.
Azalea has successfully led multi-unit acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, and managed long-term rental portfolios. Her focus is on helping clients build generational wealth through smart real estate investing, while providing comprehensive support to both buyers and sellers, whether you're a first-time homeowner or a seasoned investor.
